Insurance

I am not contracted with any insurance companies, however many insurance companies reimburse in cases of out of network clinicians. I will provide a billing statement to submit for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Payment

Cash or checks are accepted for payment at the time of service.  I will provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company or third party of your choice for reimbursement to you.
